Rent Space
Looking for a location for your organization or activity either as a one-time rental or a recurring event? Need a place to host your next private gathering?
St. Luke’s offers several different rental spaces, and we offer reasonable rates by the hour or per event. Rentals may be scheduled for one-time or recurring events.
We are a church whose mission is to come together to serve the world. We have lots of space that goes empty during the week, and we would love to have it used by other organizations, companies, individuals or groups that are also serving the world.
We have a large room (1500 sf) we use for social events, a medium sized room (800 sf), and several smaller classrooms. We have parking and a beautiful campus. We are easily accessible from 270 and 495. We rent space by the hour and offer discounts for recurring use. The IRS places two requirements on us: we cannot profit from “renting” our space, we can only cover the costs – this makes our rates lower. They also require that organizations that share space with us share our mission, so please include in your inquiry how you are serving the world.
